It is a great cheese, a true rarity! Produced only with goat’s milk and raw pasta. Perfume of noble moulds, ivory paste, compact and creamy texture, melts in the mouth expressing all its personality and generous, leaving an intense and enveloping taste. Maturation of about 40 days.
Packs of about 500 gr it is advisable to taste it not too cold.
